Following the death of Uganda’s representative in the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) in Arusha -Tanzania, Mathias Kasamba on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, there must be a by-election to fill the seat.
A reliable source intimated to Whisper Eye News that Ms Kiryowa is mobilizing MPs in the eleventh parliament to vote for her.
Ms. Stella Kiryowa is being backed by various civil society organizations to win the seat.
