Hon Anna Adeke given additional leadership duties in her party

Hon Anna Adeke the Soroti District woman is now the new Deputy President Eastern region in her party, Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). The youthful young woman was sworn in on Thursday 14th September with the party seeing her as the most capable person to take on the role. . Nowip Press Reports.

Hon Adeke replaced Mr Kevin Taaka in the role a sign that women are capable of climbing the political ladder with no limit at whatever stage.

Hon Adeke has been an active woman taking on great leadership duties. She was once the Guild President of Makerere University and also the National female Youth MP in the 10th parliament of the Republic of Uganda.

Adeke is also a lawyer having graduated from Makerere University with bachelors of law and moved ahead to Law development cetre for her bar course.
